Today was my first day visiting and I will be back, if, God forbid, I need urgent care again! I believe Kristin and Ron treated me. So sorry if I got their names wrong. Side effect from Covid! These people are absolutely the best! The receptionist was nice and smiley too. To say it was refreshing to go to a medical place is not what I can usually post but I felt cared about here! Why other offices can't be like these great folks is beyond me. So glad I tried them. They make you feel like a close family member.😊.

This is a great, caring place to go when you need urgent care! I got a splinter in my right index finger from a cardboard yogurt 4-pack box while grocery shopping. After a week of my attempts & my general practitioner's attempt to remove it, and soaking it in Epsom salts 4 times a day, the skin was healing over with the splinter still inside causing pain. I read great reviews on Magnolia Family Urgent Care so I went and was greeted warmly by the receptionist. It took a numbing shot, about 15 minutes of Nurse Practitioner Gabby's determination with the scalpel and Ron's assistance to remove the 1/4" long black plastic splinter that was impaled straight in above the tip joint. I was told what to look for in case it got infected and was sent home with a large padded wrap around it for protection. I was ecstatic that they got it out! They went the extra mile. They were kind and caring throughout my visit and I highly recommend them!

I am so grateful we found this place, the team at Magnolia Urgent Care is amazing, from the receptionist to the nurses and Drs. Our 18 month old daughter has been sick for 3 months we have taken her to different specialists and non of them have been able to figure out what she has, last week she got really sick and we decided to take her to Magnolia Urgent Care. Dr. Stacy saw her and I can’t say enough good things about her, she listened to all our concerns, reviewed every single exam we had and without hesitation order some blood work for possible infections, now one week later the results shows that what she suspected is exactly what our daughter has been having for 3 months, so we can finally have an explanation to all her symptoms and a clue to where to start treatment. The nurses here are amazing too they cared a lot about our daughter and are also very friendly, I have called them multiple times regarding results of lab work and sending medical records to other specialist and they are always super helpful. My only complain is that they don’t accept Aetna insurance, but they are really transparent and tell you upfront the prices of the visit, which I really appreciate. Thanks a lot, you provide a great service 🙂

I'm not someone who runs to medical attention for every little ache and pain, but after getting a fairly decent sized poison ivy rash I figured I'd just get it checked out for peace of mind...Such a great experience: Very clean with a big waiting room, tranquil music playing, very professional receptionist and Gabi and Hansi were fantastic both professionally and personally. Nice to know that there's a place close to me that I could go to should any other concerns (sinus infection, etc) arise. Thank you again for a great and calming experience!
